Customer Service Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from this site. However, we know that occasionally you may need to make a return or cancel an order. Please contact customer support at: (508) 381-1450 if you have any questions about these policies. We attempt to respond to all inquiries within one business day at the most.
We accept the following payment methods:
Orders paid by check may require several extra days for checks to be processed. Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee to cover bank fees.
All sales on ebooks are final. Refunds are not available due to the nature of this product. Like software it can be too easily copied and abused. Therefore no returns can really be made. However, if you find that a book does not meet your needs or expectations within the three business days you may call to request a credit for another product. We may issue a credit at our discretion in certain cases. All we ask is that you tell us why it did not meet your needs so we can help other avoid this mistake in the future.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any physical product you purchase (not ebooks), you may return it within 15 days of shipment for a refund or a replacement (subject to product availability) minus a 10% processing fee to cover credit card charges and handling. The original receipt must accompany any product to be returned / exchanged. Refunds will be issued on the same credit card, or by check if you used a check to make your purchase.

Contact us by phone at: (508) 381-1450 or by email at service@CLevelEnterprises.com and include the following information (or forward with your email receipt), be sure to indicate whether you want a refund or a replacement.
If you are requesting a replacement item, Customer Support will get that information from you and let you know when you can expect your new item to arrive. All merchandise should be returned in its original product box. Please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your shipment. You will be reimbursed for shipping costs if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment or a damaged or defective product, or any mistake we made. However, you will be required to pay shipping costs if the return is for other reasons. CODs will not be accepted.
When your return has been received, your refund will be processed within two business days hours on the same credit card used to make your original purchase. If you used a check to make your original purchase we will issue you a refund check after 14 days. The refund will be made for the amount you paid for the merchandise, plus applicable taxes. Only the cost of ground service will be reimbursed on returned shipments. Allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Note: Return Authorizations or refunds will not be issued for individual items that are part of a set unless you are returning the item because of a shipping mistake, or because it's damaged or defective.
If you received damaged or defective items, we will promptly send a replacement.

You may cancel or revise your order if we are contacted before your order has been shipped.
We cannot cancel an ebook order once it has entered the shipping process as this should happen immediately.
Any of these policies may be superseded by a specific offer for a specific product and that will take precedence if those terms were different.
By ordering a product to be delivered to a foreign country you expressly grant us permission to charge these and any other additional shipping and handling charges we deem to be appropriate, including but not limited to, actual postage, and time and materials required, to your credit card when they are available.
