C-Level Enterprises, Inc. started as a small consulting company in 1984, under a different name, providing services to technology companies to help them set up product development groups. Acting as a virtual Vice
President of Engineering, Mr. Norton created technical and product development groups for several companies on a part-time basis. Through the years the company was a vehicle for consulting on both technology
and management. As Mr. Norton got more experience as a CEO the focus shifted to higher level executive and management consulting and organizational design and development with an emphasis on technology
and business-to-business companies.
Mr. Norton consults and develops and improves visions for small to medium size companies that want to grow into large companies. Typical clients are $0 to $25 million and want
to grow to $100 million plus as rapidly as possible.
In 2003 Mr. Norton decided to devote full-time to developing the business with the mission of helping many CEOs, entrepreneurs and senior executives with low cost training programs that taught Mr. Norton's systems
and frameworks developed over the last 20 years. The idea is to "productize" and package Mr. Norton's 23+ years experience as a serial entrepreneur and as a CEO over the last 24 years, to help as many companies as possible develop and grow more rapidly and avoid the myriad pitfalls associated with starting a company and growing it to significant size.
We work exclusively with founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs and C-Level executives who have the scope and vision to impact the corporation as a whole. We coach, mentor and advise senior management and act as a sounding board, director and independent advisor.
Our products are designed to replace expensive consulting services that early-stage entrepreneurs ALWAYS need and can not usually afford. We help entrepreneurs learn and avoid the most common mistakes
that kill companies every day. also being developed to provide this expertise more broadly in a "do-it-yourself" format including books, audio tapes and DVDs. These will all be targeted at certain
life-cycle challenges that most companies encounter during their growth.
