Part-time Marketing Manager
(This Position Has Been Filled)

Hands on marketing position reporting directly to President of startup organization. Flexible hours and lots of work at home possible. Develop and execute marketing plans for senior executive and entrepreneurial products and services including eBooks, seminars, consulting services and other products to be sold online. Help companies grow faster and executives broaden their skills. Personal and professional growth opportunity. Initial objectives: 1) Build email list for newsletter quickly, 2) Fill seats at upcoming seminars.

MUST HAVE PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

Bright, Hardworking, self-starter
Motivated to excel and learn more every day and not afraid to tackle new challenges
Detail oriented
Personable with good phone manner and ability to work with anyone
Willing to wear many hats in small company environment

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Marketing of products and services to businesses and business people (executive level a plus)
MS-Office Word and Excel
Internet research and marketing savvy
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Direct marketing and ROI measurement

HIGHLY DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

Newsletter or eZine development and marketing
Email list management or eCommerce
On-line marketing via banners, alliances and permission based email
Sales or customer service experience
Joint marketing with membership organizations
Familiar with FrontPage, ad measurement and affiliate program tools or other web tools
