Of course only 50 or so matter but no one has the time to read and implement them all. Therefore we have integrated this knowledge into an easy holistic system that can be taught. Exploratory: Interview each management team member

Review current management practices and policies
Plan specific and customize training modules needed from library of over 1,000 slides

Core Training Process: Train team on key systems and their purpose and value
Workshop highest level adjustments needed
Work with each department head develop departmental systems (dashboard etc.)
Work with selected team members as needed on leadership and management
      - Goal setting and monitoring - Proven Management By Objective procedures
      - Development of dashboards to measure and guide success
      - Review hiring and training practices
      - Process documentation and optimization/enhancement
Review and refine current  management policies and procedures
Help develop and agree on dashboards for each department and corporate roll-up dashboard

Optional Strategic Planning Work:
(adds 1-2 days)

    - Facilitate a clear one page strategic plan
    - Develop more detailed level strategic plan in PowerPoint slides with strategies for each department to meet long-term
     corporate goals
    - Present to management team for final input on this outline


 Coaching for 3 months is included.
Attend several staff meetings by phone to coach on using systems in monthly and quarterly management meetings
