Using the Six Management Systems Required for Rapid Growth We Will
Train Your Entire Management Team and Enhance the Entire Business

As companies move from raw entrepreneurship, and seat of the pants management, they need to implemenet professional management systems that allow the CEO and team to leverage their experience and learning as the business scales. Typically there are major changes needed between 15 and 25 employess and then again at between 50 and 100 employees depending on the business.

We have compiled all the best management practices from over 1,000 different business books and 75 years of management science. Of course only 50 or so matter but no one has the time to read and implement them all. Therefore we have integrated this knowledge into an easy holistic system that can be taught. We can train your management team on these and let them implement and/or come in and help you actually implement and customized these systems for your business depending on your budget and timeframe.

  Specific Activities
Exploratory: Interview each management team member

Review current management practices and policies
Plan specific and customize training modules needed from library of over 1,000 slides

Core Training Process: Train team on key systems and their purpose and value
Workshop highest level adjustments needed
Work with each department head develop departmental systems (dashboard etc.)
Work with selected team members as needed on leadership and management
      - Goal setting and monitoring - Proven Management By Objective procedures
      - Development of dashboards to measure and guide success
      - Review hiring and training practices
      - Process documentation and optimization/enhancement
Review and refine current  management policies and procedures
Help develop and agree on dashboards for each department and corporate roll-up dashboard

Optional Strategic Planning Work:
(adds 1-2 days)

    - Facilitate a clear one page strategic plan
    - Develop more detailed level strategic plan in PowerPoint slides with strategies for each department to meet long-term
     corporate goals
    - Present to management team for final input on this outline

Follow-up:

 Coaching for 3 months is included.
Attend several staff meetings by phone to coach on using systems in monthly and quarterly management meetings
Key Deliverables: Entire Senior Management Team Trained On:
   A) Best practices of management and leadership
   B) Complete cycle of Planning and Management By Objective (MBO) system
   C) Budgeting process and practices (framework in place)
   D) Define and use dashboards for each department internally plus a corporate summary to improve performance
       and leverage management time better
   E) Document key complex processes that are proprietary and create value
   F) Review and improvement of HR policies and procedures
